How do you lose respect?

When I become an elder, I always end up with 50+ respect. But I need low respect for the Neurosurgeon achievement. I can't figure out any ways of losing respect in the elder stage. Any ideas?

I don't think there's much of a way to loose respect at the elder stage but it does seem to overplay the amount of respect you need to become an elder. I managed to become an elder with around 15 respect by getting high levels in the stats and winning the challenges that you get set. Hope that helps, the Neurosurgeon achievement seems really hard to get.

That's great, because it's quite easy to accumulate high stats before the challenges, and if I don't need high respect to become an elder, then problem is pretty much solved. Thank you!

As an elder, I just try to ignore or 'walk away' from scenarios as much as possible. Usually one of the bottom options (from what I've found) are the most neglectful. Good luck!

You can lose respect in the stage before eldership and after your circle monster thing.
But you wil not lose many, you lose just a little bit maybe five points?
But i think the best way is to not get a high respect because losing it is very difficult
