1 fps and see through floor/ugly gfx unplayable? fix?
when my friend on a trial goes to make a char its invisible on the preview window.

when he logs in game he has 1 fps and can barely move, he also says mouse is sluggish on menu, why woudl the game be limiting his fps to 1-5

are you using a usb device to connect to the internet, by any chance?
