SIGN THE PETITION FOR FULL REFUND
I've been banned from this game and have read the same stories over and over again of sending emails and either getting no response or an email stating that their anti-cheating system is 100% accurate and makes no mistakes, found this site on google for a petition to get refunded and only need 668 more to reach 7500!!!! Not far off, help bring justice to these jokers of the gaming industry and become a dark knight... like in Batman.

ya just so you know petitions don't do anything...if anything happens gonna take a looooong time to get your money IF it were to happen don't waste your time..learn from this if you don't like the game :) PS was only $!5

It would be justice to get the money back and these suckers should pay more.

this should happen

These petitions have been going on here since the game was removed from steam, even before that on some other forums. Nothing will happen, it's a shame but true.

It doesn't matter if you get a hundred people signing it or a million. They aren't obligated to give 2 ♥♥♥♥♥ about it. If you really want to try something, try a lawsuit. That's something people actually have to care about, but they'd still shrug it off because the ToS allows them to legally ban users for any reason, or no reason, and you agreed to that when you bought/installed the game. There really is nothing you can do about a company abusing its power over you other than just "not" buying anything from them in the future. You can also try to warn future victims, but GL with that because the game is still somehow on top seller list for Steam's MMO section.

I once had faith in Steam caring about its users when they refunded everyone and kicked this PoS off the store. But then they let it back in. That's probably where your money went; bribing Steam to allow this game to be relisted and look the other way from its newer victims.

Steam is a distribution platform. They're not responsible for the quality of the games.
When you go to your local game store, you'll find dozens of utter crap games sitting on the shelf. Is it the store's fault those games suck? I don't think so. No one's forcing people to buy them. It's the customer's own job to inform himself before buying something.

Seriously, all the people crying for refunds, it's their own damned fault. I mean, the metacritic score is displayed on the steam store page. 20/100. That should have been their first hint.
What did they expect from a game that doesn't have a single positive review?

I bought the game in beta and the screensshot probavly show not the game we can play now. Was there a metacritic score is displayed on the steam store page. 20/100 in beta???? No.I learned: Don't buy a beta from unknown.

I heard about the game too when it was announced. You're right, there weren't any reviews out back then. Since I had never heard off "Hammerpoint interactive" , I did a simple google search to find out more about them.
By doing that, I found out that this "Sergey Titov" guy, was the same person behind "Big Rigs" and "War inc".
So I lol'd and knew to stay far away from this War Z game.

From the very beginning, it was quite obvious what the real intentions behind The War Z were.
Some Russian guy with a shady dev past, making big claims about his game: DayZ without the bugs, Bigger map then DayZ, unhackable (lol), a veteran team of devs that worked on a list of AAA games,... Basicaly making it sound too good to be true, right?
Here's an important lesson for you early adapters. When something sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true.
