Artemis makes money off ISS bans
I had a friend online yesterday that was trying to help me get my permanent ban in ISS fixed. I was falsely banned over a month ago. Artemis, was tkaing a dollar to look at people's accounts. He was telling people nice thisg like nice aimbot ect... My friend paid one dollar and was told there was no account ban by that name-Thelma. He then paid another dollar to have my account checked by email. Artemis chuckled and asked something like "Why would you have me look at Thelma?" He never stated what the ban was and would not.
It seems to me this is another way for the moderators and support people in ISS to make money off the community without offering real support.
Just want you all to be aware and make an educated choice when buying or playing this game.

your friend is an idiot for paying a $1 to find out info, even if its a $1, thats still a $1 supporting them, just saying.

I think the intent was good since my friend understood my postion and thought A. would be honest. Life lesson learned I think.

Yeah... that was a mistake right there.

It honestly doesn't surprise me that he's trying this. He's either not making much money from HP and needs to find a sneaky way to make his own, or HP are telling him to do it.

Artemis is doing literally NO work and getting paid for it. He could sit there and lie his ass off and just make $1 for doing so.
ChiGoku 24 sep, 2013 @ 17:04
and with all those $1 adding up, it makes it actually valuable.

What is it that Artemis does exactly at HP? Does anyone know what his function is? It kinda looks to me, like he's doing Kewk's job?
datCookie 24 sep, 2013 @ 17:10
He's basically a community liason. He supposedly represents the community's best interests. He's the wrong guy for the job and yes, it is essentially Kewk's job.
Kai0was 24 sep, 2013 @ 17:18
Then what is Kewk still doing at HP. Why are they keeping him around?
What a joke this company is. Instead of spending some resources on fixing their buggy game, they decide to fly 30 people to Vegas and treat them to a weekend filled with booze, gambling and prostitutes.

Just like the 10 they flew out there to tour the company early in the year.... that we were told didn't say anything about it because the people that went, "Just didn't feel like sharing the experience with the community"

Or the PC giveaway that no one seemed to ever win.
datCookie 24 sep, 2013 @ 17:32
Kewk is only there because he is the Community Manager. Yes, he's the worst one in history but it is his job. Artemis is basically a step under that. I would say that Kewk NEEDS to go, but let's be honest, the entire company needs to go.

Dont bother even the BBB is under investigation.. They finnaly got cought giving A's to Business that paid $400 to $500 dollars.
datCookie 24 sep, 2013 @ 23:59
Regardless of whether the BBB is under investigation or not, I still wouldn't recommend them. As others have stated many times before, in other threads, this company has already received registered complaints to the BBB and they could not be located to investigate them.
Sarsipius 25 sep, 2013 @ 0:32
I don't know anything about this BBB but is that true that he is taking money for looking into bans, that is shocking. Wow that's just, wow, I thought it was a bit on the nose that ppl can pay/subscribe to his stream now that he is an employee but each to thier own I guess but paying to look into ban requests, WOW.

As mentioned a few posts above nothing did seem to come out of that PC giveaway and I remember them running a competition on the War Inc forums with a cash prize that never seemed to finish either. *sigh* Hammerpoint.

Donation or not, it's still getting money from people for doing what should be done by their support team.

It's wrong and unethical
