One of the worst customer services i've seen in a long time.
Hi,

To make it short, here's what happening.

I've bought the game like 8 months ago, when it was called The WarZ.
It was a beta or something and I've paid in full the $35 to play it.

Now that the game is on Steam, I want to add it in my Steam library.
That is not possible.

I ask the Infestation support how am I supposed to activate the game under Steam with my CDKey and this is what they tell me:

Hello Survivor,

Thank you for contacting Infestation customer support!

Unfortunately we no longer support Steam migration. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you for your patience and if you have any additional questions, please feel free to submit a new ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sincerely,
Infestation Customer Support

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.. really ?
Are they telling me that I have to order the game again on Steam to play it ??

This is complete steal.

What am I supposed to do now.. ?

PS: Sorry, im raging a bit.

they dont want people to buy this game on steam, because all the reviews killed this game,
a player goes to the steam forums and he can freely speak the truth about how ♥♥♥♥y this game is.
thats why they tryin to "wipe" the steam ISS community.
like also giving random bans to people who got this game with steam.
dont balme it on the customer service blame it on the HP dev.

Well, this is a valid reason to blame on the customer service.
I have all the informations (receipt, transaction ID, cdkey etc..) and they don't want to either, grant me a new cdkey or just activate my current cdkey on Steam.

This is by far, the dumbest thing I've seen in a while.

They ban any player not just those who purchased it through steam. I was permanently banned and even when Artemis was asking for money to either fix or tell people what they did to get banned, he did not answer why I was banned. Check out my post from today.
These guys are jjust about making money for themselves not building a game that will last.

filing a complaint with BBB does nothing, they can't even properly locate the business, your wasting your time. The only way to play it with steam like you want it to, is to add it as a none steam game, then there you go, you got your steam overlay
