I bought the War Z on 30/11/2012,

Now, I'm trying to login my account after the update to Infestation and i received a message "There is no Infestation: Survivor Stories account with that email address".

How can I recover my account?

I just had my email and account compromised. I recovered the email but because of ISS's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ systems it won't let me change the password on the account so I can get back in. I know it used to work so what the ♥♥♥♥ happened? It says the same message when i go to change the password on my main account (which I have no problem logging in on) so I know it's total BS. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. And yes, I've already sent in a ticket. Now I get to wait patiently while my account is gutted. THANKS A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LOT HAMMERPOINT
