Infestation Team random banned fair player without reason

I have Infestation account 6 month.I never cheat just play .But i lost many many items beasuse Faifight system not working good.
5 days ago fairfight banned my acc.I send ticket support 20 pieces.BUT no respond .NOTHING.NO reason when i cheat what i cheat NOTHING . I pay for this game i pay for servers and many items.
not a problem if banned my acc the problem is if a support and developer does not deal with this.

spam more mb supports bans you instantly write ONE comprehensive ticket and wait
cuz of ppl like you and hacker spamming the ticketsystem
the times for normal players getting a response went
out of the window .....

I send FIRST ONE ticket and no respond 4 day .This is not normal i think .And now ? Closed my all ticket without respond .I fight my acc because im nor hacker.And lost my many time because banned my acc.

This isn't the first case that I'm reading like this - a completely disfunctional and non carring support system. Avoid this game, read about the WarZ fiasco (this game's previous name). This game's developers are scammers.

The game just bans innocents and hackers it's a risk however you play.
