And secondly at least those arcade games were well tought of and products of quality and not full of false promises. And again do yourself a favor and actually go click the link for the petition to inform yourself about why and the reasons this petition was made in the first place.
And if the amount of money is low enough it doesn't matter if you get scammed ?
First of all, they just SAY they are improving it just like a lot of things they said and promised their customers and when will you pro warz/infestation crowd learn to read and understand ? This is NOT about the game being no fun or people that can't cope with losing and dying in a game.
It's about BLATANT LIES the devs spread since the very first start, it's about giving NO SUPPORT at all and wrongfully and seemingly randomly BANNING people.
Why do you keep defending this company ? Are you really so bloody ignorant or is it something else ?
If you get banned, you're a cheater.
If you criticise, you're a hater.
And for the other reasons, you suck.
Really, is this all you have to say in favour of this company ?
I agree that refunds need to be available to everyone. But a petition isn't going to get you anywhere. It isn't legally recognisable and generally carries little weight.
The only reason it was accepted in the past is because the game was in such a poor state that there was no way it couldn't allow refunds.
True, and i doubt Hammerpoint cares enough about their customers to listen. I can also agree if people say they could have known what they were getting into, there was a good reason why this game got removed from steam in the first place. But let them try, as a single person they are completely ignored by hammerpoint so the next option is trying to unite and give it a shot as a group.
Typical.......
