How do we make Hammerpoint accountable?

I bought this game in the alpha. So did all of my friends. We have played since day one. We have a private server. An admin in our clan was banned on Saturday, August 17th at 5:36pm. Her crime? She was typing in chat. Lots of permanent bans happened that day, and there has not only been no explanation but Hammerpoint has censored any mention of these bans in the official forums, or in the Zendesk support forums. My friend even tried messaging the forum mod Robosaur and he blocked her. She also messaged forum mod Kewk and he hasn't read her PM "Confused about permanent ban." Most likely he never will. Her support ticket hasn't been assigned. We all know that even if she somehow manages to get her account back, all her characters - which were close to being maxed - will be gone. All of her gear - some of which she paid $$ for - will be gone. Not to mention the time ticking away on the server that SHE PAID FOR. This company needs to be made accountable.

Unfortunately they won't be, 1 thing, they won't post anything on here or check these forums, you can try typing this on the main forums, but your thread will be closed/ and most likely deleted, and if you try asking it again, and why, you'll be banned from their main forums, its what they love to do.

Sadly, there isn't anything any of us can do unless someone puts the time and money into bringing a lawsuit against them. There's no way anyone can prove they weren't cheating since Hammerpoint won't release ANY proof of such a thing, unless a court serves them with a subpoena to release their records.

Get a hold of the evidence available and then get yourself a lawyer. Shut this worthless company down once and for all.

They aren't allowed to censor THIS one (anymore) but they still do on their own forums.

They will say buy another game as it happens to ppl that are dedicated and spend reel money on GC, cha ching. Furthermore you mentioned an admin within a clan then undoubtedly she will pay to play and pay to win again, and again and again, Its unfortunate but this company is known for being unjust and its arbitrariness.

Love this post btw. They deserve to pay. They always abuse their powers and silence people when people need help, or are trying to assist them in fixing in game issues.

There are a few people around here, me NOT included, who would wrongfully argue that HammerPoint has paid for the mistakes they've made via the game being pulled off steam, the heavy heat they received from all reviewers and players, etc.

Realistically, this just doesn't cut it for me. Why? Because this company still performs the horrid business practices that it did back in the day, they just don't advertise it as much.

I personally wouldn't stop at this company for the basic reason that I believe it is nothing but a shell corporation designed to take all the heat whilst the real company(s) sit back unharmed. OP Productions LLC is the same as HP.

Why do I say that? Because every developer I have been able to get information on works at either OW or AE. The only person I have found to work at HP is a paid moderator. OP has no website to speak of and can only be found in the BBB with registered complaints against it.

One of these days they will get what's coming. This game is totally alpha, and they just bend people over and laugh for the fun of it. I've never seen a company or game so hell bent on prophets. Play,spen REAL money on GC, Get banned, rinse and repeate.
