I was just walking to a settlement with my friend to buy some stuff with GC then *BAM* I dropped dead and I thought a hacker or sniper shot me, turns out FairFight banned me. The company clearly has an ulterior motive.

in fact, when we complained to support the game, these men mock and offend us, I got the game as a gift, so do not think I have a solution, because the lords of the support does not answer complaints and worst they force us to buy back the game to play is a fraud and I have so much rage, just watch the game in my library.

and please post of any prior messages, warnings, crashes, kicks, or other issues that we happening befor you were banned for example pb unable to connect to servers or pb unable to update definitions or perhaps multiple accounts running game, etc

i'm not getting any messages.. just installed the game ( havent played infestation, only war z). Couldnt remember my password so i reseted it and then tried to login and only got the message "your account has been banned". So basicly what's going on is i paid 15$ or something couple months back, logged in once or twice ( too many cheaters then so i couldnt be arsed to play and uninstalled the game.) now friends told me to check out if there's new content this crap happened...

Why post any prior messages, warnings or crashes, it doesn't make a difference, a Ban is a Ban, your just wasting time with nonsense anyways

if that is the case they may have a bug. they also use 3rd party cloud, which like any cloud is prone to issues which sadly effect customers

look at ea/maxis with simcity. rollbacks, unable to access cities, unable to connect, etc. this game, like any game that depends on persistence is going to have these issues. database servers can only handle so much at the same time. and then when you do updates how do you handle records that fail to update for whatever reason. so u can see the cloud is not without its issues.

i still would contact them. just to make them know there is a problem. if enough people complain with the same problem there is a chance they will put someone to look at it and hopefully reproduce the bug and fix it and then undo the damange. still its hard cause if people dont create tickets there is not like going to be a priority for it. and people just fall through cracks.

they normally take a week or so, dont get deterred by automated response, just about everybody has one of these systems, just keep adding to ticket. not that long ago people were posting about i forget which exact issue that they were ending up being banned. enough people complained and sure enough it was a bug. and hey they fixed it and unbanned them. but if u dont complain u dont get known that u fall in that group and u dont get unbanned always, u can be missed. so tell them to look at their database logs for errors/issues with your account cause of database sync/timeout/etc errors. could be banned for too many bad password attempts. and u just need to say to them hey its me, dont ban me for it. who knows. so create the ticket if you have not and work it out with them. i would not be suprised if they didnt resort to locking accounts with too many bad password cause of all the people trying to break into accounts/them. its like 3 strike and ur out. my bank does that 3 bad pins im locked and and i have to call them.

GL getting your account back but being realistic you won't, I was also banned for no reason clocked up 950 hrs and then they decide to ban me, what for? Im not sure but after 8 weeks of waiting, hoping they realize they made a complete mess up im giving up hope, it's been 26 days since the last time they replied to me such is their customer support and all you ever get it a copy and pasted message or an autmated message useless bunch of scummers.

Reported.. spamming it in already a dozen threads, and some really old ones that don't matter anymore, we get your points, but a petition won't cause anything to happen.

It's sad that kids get on here and spam the forums like that. All they are doing is burying legitimate threads and annoying people. I report every one of them in the hopes that Steam will ban them. I don't care if you don't like the game but things need to be kept legitimate and civil, and these type of tactics are neither.
