a 130827 is Attempted PunkBuster Hack

do no start the game again or any other pb game again until u resolve this problem first

each time u start the game and pb find it it will flag u get flagged enough times it will ban u

depending on the severity they could ban u from this game from all pb games and even down to the componeents in your computer. so work out the problerm

basically pb caught u hacking. so u need to remove the software that u installed that caused pb to complain...

try verify game cache

also get/run pbsvc.exe

then get and run pbsetup.exe

add the game and set game path to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The War Z\pb

I had this happen to me aswell but not the same message, i was jumping down a steep hill at the time

pb does not know what u r doing

its looking at what you have on your computer

its fairfight that looks at your telemetry to see if your jumping down that hill is allowed and within the limits. etc.

again if anyone is getting pb/ff warnings/kick they need to immediately stop playing the game

understand each time they warn, kick etc u they are flagging it. do it enough times, if its serious enough, etc they will ban u how far they ban u depends on how serious of an violation

also keep in mind that pb dont like things like overlays.

Well i don't use any of these ( Ventrilo Chat Overlay, Team Speak Overlay, i'm not sure how this would effect the game and the other stuff i have no idea what those are. I do use Axon for chat but it's not part of the game so i have no idea how it would effect the game or cause me to crash

but i got a question. my friend gets kicked for a error saying no packet flow. and PB wont tell me what it is.

ur friend needs to also get/run pbsvc.exe

i put update, but pb said HTM Md5 do not match security information, please try updating again later

i did it everything, but it kick me again ... :/, i verified cache, and downloaded a lot of things, i downloaded the pb too and i updated the pb and still happens!!

yes but from your posts the one thing that you havent done is removed the piece of software that is upsetting pb

look in pb log files for clues

get your pb guid u will need it when contacting evenbalance

I have this problem too but have absolutely nothing else open or installed that would upset PB. It's up to date and works fine with my other games that use PB but for some reason it kicks me after roughly 15-20 mins of play. Only used the offiicial servers too. So far it's unplayable and I'm writing it down as a bad game never to play again but I really want it clearing up.

I know my response is a bit late here but I have not played the game in a long time due to all the hacks that was going on. For the game to revert to PunkBuster is rediculous. PB is old and outdated and does not work well with the latest games and software. I know this as I also host games. I just received this message as well after about 15 minutes of gameplay. I do not have any voip running or virtuals. This was a fresh install with the latest update of PB. I may also write this game as junk. I am sick of buying steam games that are constantly being hacked and is nothing but a waste of money. Steam does not seem to care about it's clients as long as they get their share.
