Nope, will be paid for by me and my friends(though donations are appreciated). We just got tired of dying all the time in labeled PvE servers. I just paid for it though so it i still pending status.. should be up no later than tomorrow around 8:00 am (Central Standard Time - CST)

We met a lot of nice people on the servers though and that were also victims to the PvP so we wanted to make a safe haven for PvE'ers
