its most likely all the new players in your area hitting the servers at the same time
just give it a little bit to settle
also try looking in firewall/router logs
look in game, pb, windows application/sytem event logs
try doing tracert to server(s)
if wireless try using cable
try my pb trick
get/run pbsvc.exe
then get and run pbsetup.exe add the game and set game path to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The War Z\pb
do update
if u continue to have problems contact hammerpoint support
post the exact message that u r getting
look in game, pb, windows application/sytem event logs
and post it
