Permanently Banned.. Hmm.

So I log on to steam to see that The War Z changed its named to Infestation: Survivor Stories and I say to myself oh I have forgotten about this game for a while now let me go and check it out again. So I log in get into a server walk into a sheriffs station right next to me and go to pick up a bag I see lying on the ground and bam. Within the first MINUTE... Killed, Kicked, and Permanently banned.. WOW. So I see things have indeed not changed. I will prob never get my account back I have sent in a reply and it hasn't gotten anything, not even an automated question. I guess they have given up by now.

I have no idea what kind of operation they are running at Hammerpoint but it's corrupt that's for sure, Im not sure they mean to be such criminals I think it's more they have no idea what they are doing and are so incompetent.

yeah i just went to log in to see what they ahve been up to and it says i have been perma banned. Do they just ban everyone who hasnt played after a certain time?

I got banned on same way,,,I logged in and i was playing 5 mins,,after that i got kicked and banned.
I send them tickets everyday already 1 week and none respond

I think they probably are aware. The truth is that they don't care that you are innocently banned. They just want your money. What ever you do don't give in and buy the game again. That is what they want.

True, this is why they don´t remove bugs getting you killed by zombies (messed up hitbox) or make us pay for having more then 20 clan members or not creating pve servers so u have to buy your own etc etc

DayZ (the mod that made HP make this scam game) will have a standalone release within 3 months! That's the game you thought you bought!

HP is just trying to get all of your money and later use their dev abillities to kill you and take all your gear or even ban you!

I am not a fanboy of dayz (though it's one of my favorite games) this game is STILL in alpha after almost a year from the release! Can't you see what they are doing?

omg yes. actully its a play to win. pay to win games are actully play for free (very much facebook games, planetside 2, etc etc)

I would make a ticket with Steam Support if the developer does something unjustly to stop you from playing a game you paid for.

If they claim you hacked etc... the onus of proof will be on them at that point. Steam can either resolve or reject, and the information can become public.

If you guys downloaded the free version of the game then that's why you were banned.
If you have cheats/hacks for some other game, you will also get banned.
If you've ever cheated before on a game, you'll be banned.
PB collets information on your PC, including which programs are running & if you have a program that is used to exploit then you're as good as gone.

I know it's hard for you to believe that any company is actualyl capable of banning innocent players but believe me it happens, I was like you I brought the game back in October and played over 900hrs before I randomly got banned for no reason and even after 4.5 weeks they still haven't been able to provide any proof of my hacks. The company is like no other they are corrupt to the core, I really hope you don't get banned but it's a lottery and it's definitely possible for any1.
