ALL MY CHARACTERS ARE GONE!!!! :(
So i logged in this morning to play and ALL my characters are gone what the heck is going on has this happened to anyone else?

yeah i already have i was going to make a new character so i could atleast play in the mean time/check my global inventory but i dont want to complicate things for support
