You should also look into how FairFight works. It's based off statisical data. Not a very sophisticated system. As being a good player can get you banned. Supposably Sergey is looking to making some changes to the anti-hack system, but this developer has been caught lying and cheating, so who knowns what to beleive.

Those are most likely false positives. Each AV program seems to have their own proprietary way of checking files. Cracks and Exploits are usually flagged by default as "infected" and that is because they are changing charactrics of the exe or system files. These are based off "confirmed" false positives. I use trainers sometimes in games when I get bored with them and they almost always get flagged as infected and that is from Microsofts Security Essentials or MSE.

Yes, you got scammed my friend. Hammerpoint (The developer) decides not to deal with hackers dirrectly but implaments mass bans to 'scare off hackers'. You were a simple casualty, if you complain to them they will blackball your paypal account, if you complain to steam you might can get your money back, or at least help get this crap of a game off steam.
