This game is a unfinished product. See why and how they scam and steal!
This is an insult to every customer who respects steam. Somehow, they have snaked their way back in and I am not letting that happen.
TL;DR_Version: Bad game, bad developers, bad publisher, bad forum moderators, do not buy.

"OK, they're deleteing threads on here again in order to censor information.
The War Z trademark was suspended. They copied the menu music from American Horror Story, the wallpaper images from The Walking Dead, the game from DayZ, and the name from World War Z.

Do what I did, create a support ticket asking STEAM to at least move this game into the greenlight section. Great games, indie games, that are really awesome and deserve their place on this platform get voted up for and are usually quickly greenlit and soon released as purchaseable versions on steam, that is why we have greenlight right? To allow "New developers" to make their debut on steam the easy way.
Yet, somehow an unpolished game that is stuck in the alpha phase is somehow allowed on to this platform with no notice to the community whatsoever.
Create a ticket and ask them to move the game to the greenlight section or to even remove it (ban it in my opinion).
From what can be read from the 'FairFight' description is that this Anti cheat engine is supposed to check on players that are suspects real time. This would mean that you could be doing exceptionally well (against usual statistics) people check/watch your actions real time with FairFight and find you not guilty of doing anything wrong.
Cheats for War Z and other games usually include wall hacks, ESP, instant death commands, noclip, nospread and norecoil. Now, these things are quite obvious to detect, especially noclip, wallhack and ESP. However, Fairfight begins to lack when it comes to "simulated wrongs". With Fairfight out, hackers have already answered against that "Anti cheat engine" by implementing some sort of "realism" to their hack. Parameters are changed and special behaviours are added to it to make even hacking players look legit! Now, even this can be looked through sometimes.
Let's take it to the game!:
Now, what happens in "War Z" is for example that you have extreme luck, let's say, you abuse the third person perspective to look over a fence, see someone is there and jump up and actually -do- happen to give him a headshot. Fairfight will look at your actions and instantly ban you in the case of "The War Z"-game. This is for some reason harshly done and can easily be abused. Almost every person who thinks that there may have been cheats involved in their deaths in the game "The war Z" uses the Fair fight command against the player who's shot them. Not only that, this has happened in great fashion by now. If someone is supposedly "Too good" on a server, people will ask in global chat to start fair
fights against that person because it is such as easily abused command.
War Z example: Someone sees someone else leave the safe zone, gets in position and kills the person. The person fair fights, returns with a different character, fair fights again and asks people on the server to fair fight person in question as well. They do that and the person gets banned, permanently without question.
What do we learn? Fair fight is too human based (even if it comes with good intentions) to be called a proper anti cheat engine. And even if some other games are using different engines, I havent seen someone get banned yet for just exceptional behaviour unlike in the war Z. In the special case of the "The war Z"-game fair fight actually does not work because fair fight relies on warnings and telling the person that ongoing cheating and exploiting will lead to harsher punishments. However, in the war Z all bans are permanent.
These "developers" have cheated their customers big time and are the most rude sort of people I have ever had the trouble to communicate with.
