I had submitted a ticket telling them my character was stuck in a cube upper-structure of a building in Bouldercity and I couldn't get out in Mid-January.

I got a Response asking me if I'm still having problems 'Right Now'....today...

I was like....well, no, after 2 weeks I sorta gave up all hope and had my character STARVE TO DEATH and lose everything, but thanks fer' askin bro.
