Hammerpoint unbans cheaters when asked nicely

A user witnesses a self admitting cheater's old account get unbanned by a anti-cheating moderator, he then expresses his concerns on the forums only to get banned himself.

The mod who locked the thread and banned the OP is called 'Snowfox' and is a joke. Look at how he introduces himself to the community in a thread called 'Meet the mods'. Read his other replies in that thread to get an idea of what type of person he is.

You know, if that was any other forum on any other game, the mod's themselves would be banned with that attitude. They break almost every rule they lay out and act in a disgusting and belittleing manner which is disgraceful and set's completely the wrong example and standard's.
How can they expect anyone to act accordingly when they themselves act like they do?

But the question begs to be asked why does he have to be so up his own arse about it all? Why can't he just mind his own business and let them have a little fun? I can understand if flaming start's and people start name calling but this is just a bit of harmless banter. After all this, they wonder why Hammerpoint's mod's have the worst reputation in the gaming industry.

I think he has superiority complex right now because he somehow got Moderator status. As you said in a earlier post. Damm, you post multiple times instead of one :P

If it was my community, my dev team and my company... I'd sack snowfox without a seconds hesitation but it's not. I notice that even other Mod's are joinging in the fun. Why don't these guy's put snowfox to right's? They are just standing by and more or less condoning what he is doing.

Yeah sorry about the multiple posts but thing's happen that quick usually that I find it easier just to answer on an as is real time basis rather than 1 big post at the end of the day :) I know it's silly but it's just my way of dealing with thing's.

He shouldn't be a mod, He's setting an extremely bad example for other mod's to follow and community forum members. If he doesn't stand down, he should be removed from his position. I've seen what people like this do to others, normally just in the name of spite or because they can.

So far only The Dev team can have names as <DEV> and red text colour.. so how does this make it FAKE when even you can see other people chatting going WTF did he just unban a hacker??
