Scamming is still scamming however. Just because WarZ resembles a extremely early stage of development that you would show investors does not make it okay simply because it's playable. With your logic I could release a game missing the majority of textures, lacking any animation while showing screenshots and other media that totally differs from reality that you would be okay with that. That would be just one step behind WarZ's development.
