Banned for killing ppl without cheats?

Well I posted here because the validation link of my acc in the forum at warz doesnt arrives, sorry for my english. So 3 days ago I get banned for no reason and I dont know the reason of that, no email sent to me and dont tell me I kill ppl from glitch because that is no reason for banme please I want some answer here or to my email, sorry again for my english.

They ban random people.
I was banned for reporting a bug.
A friend of mine was banned sonetime during his 2 week holiday vacation when he wasnt playing.

They dont care, and unless you make up lies about them on their forums, they ignore your request.
