Its all the same, they make a build, we test it and find bugs and report them.
They fix them, we test and confirm them fixed and sometimes them fixing things breaks other things in the game. It was very tedious time consuming process, it was fun but it was work and it would sometimes get to you.
Like for example when i was at sony we were working on SoCom: Confrontation and dear god, it took forever to get that clan tournament thing working correctly. Probably 6 months of testing and setting up tournaments between clans and even then it had some bugs in it. Like getting the notice to show up properly in-game when the tournament started, it would often crash the game or not allow the player to properly exit or not show up at all.
So i understand why it may take a while but from what i have seen in the updates they are doing a decent job givin the time window so far. 3-4months and the game is coming along, many others wont agree because they dont understand the amount of testing it takes to produces a game like this. Hell i dont think most companies would even fathom doing a game like this, just too many bugs to take on. The task is very daunting to do a open world fps online mmo game.
Give it time and it will grow....
This is simply based on the fact that they have them for warinc and as mostley everything is copypaste with this company so should the vehicles be, right?

When Hammerpoint started working on warZ we said we want vehicles and we have had playable vehicles on the first tests of WarZ (february/march 2012).
We didn’t put vehicles in the game yet because we have a bunch of issues with collisions with zombies. What will happen with a lot of vehicles at one spot. Is it gonna be stable etc.
They are not in the game now but they will be there relatively soon. That is gonna be a pretty big update.

So for me this little thing above is to show they have cars, kk need some collision tweaking about almost a year ago,lmao.
Also the fact off the 2 first links i mean how many things are promised? a lot and what did they deliver to the war inc community, go check the forums and see a lot off parallel things with warz.

+ Fetti4MyYeti no offence but as said before by many and me, we did alpha/beta testing.
But when we passed the results we got silenced+ we didnt even have a normal alpha test setup.
So dont go and compare decent alpha testing with this so called testing that happend.
Here, Executive Producer Sergey calls campers f-a-g-o-t-s and then apologizes.
Once people wanted a refound for this game, they were THREATENED to be put on a freaking blacklist which would be devastating when you wanted to buy other games. Later on they changed the TOS to include that anyone who accepts the aggreement looses their right to a refound.
That move is highly illegal in many countries.
Then they did a massive banning spree against hackers. But it turned out that they banned legitimate players as well.
After having released on Steam, they quickly changed from "Alpha" phase to "Foundation Release". This is the Steam Store page product information that was released on December 17th.
Dec 18 - The Steam description is updated but still contains false information (Screenshot as of Dec 18). . The Developers make a forum post apologizing and unbanning to all the legitimate players banned giving them 700GC of in game currency each (Link). The developers make another forum post to address the criticism (Link). Instead it says that only 7% of the playerbase dislikes the game. A Gamespy interview is released with Sergey (Link). Sergey refuses to acknowledge the fact that information posted on steam was false. Short after a third forum post is made apologizing to players who "misread" the steam page. The game is updated, the hour respawn time is raised to 4 hours with the ability to spend purchasable currency to circumvent it.
Then they update the game after 2 months of nothing and the only thing they changed is the respawn time and add a shotgun. Then it shows that the game runs ever worse. And on December 19th, the game is removed from Steam. The official statement from Steam follows here:
"From time to time a mistake can be made and one was made by prematurely issuing a copy of War Z for sale via Steam. We apologize for this and have temporary removed the sale offering of the title until we have time to work with the developer and have confidence in a new build. Those who purchase the game and wish to continue playing it via Steam may do so. Those who purchased the title via Steam and are unhappy with what they received may seek a refund by creating a ticket at our support site here: https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php
Again, we apologize any inconvenience."
Here's everything that has happened. Not including the latest though so, yeah :P Sorry if the text changes, this was a huge reply I made to some guy who didn't understand why people where angry about the game.
I'm still adding and changing and fixing the text. It was originally a reply to some a-hole on this forum but he didn't even read anything after I posted it so I was pissed.
That sounds like a bad infection ... also if you went to a grocery store and paid for tomatoes only to see later that what you got were tomatoe seeds. Would you accept "give it time and it will grow" when you paid for something you understood was ready.

The biggest problem is the game wasnt marketable in its current state when fist avaiable for "Alpha" testing. And that was painfully apparent. The developers said that ALL the features of the game were complete. They swore up and down about

If you look far enough back in the forums, you should be able to find posts of sergey LITERALLY saying all these features were complete, and all would be added IMMEDIATELY after beta testing. The alpha and beta testing was just a formality that was designed to give us an early glimpse at the game, and reward us for early purchase by getting loot earlier.
Sergey then WIPES all inventorys immediately following alpha.
well at least we still got the game at a cheaper price...
oh wait- we didnt? well DAMN, Ive literally NEVER been lied to so much by a single person in my life.
As it is, the game is still featureless and buggy. I have little hope for its future, but you never know. This is bottom line- literally the most boring game i have purchased in my entire life.
You get paid in QA. You had to pay to play this game.
You didn't come up with an acceptable analogue.
