you forgot to mention the hacking, mass bans for (what people will tell you) no reason behind at all, the crappy or so/so performance issues and having probably one of the worst, most unprofessional, rude and unhelpful dev teams in computer game history.

To be honest, I admire them for their loyalty but Judas stabbed Jesus in the back once, the same thing i suspect will happen here.

You won't be seeing it for sale on Steam until Valve decides it is fit for human consumption.
As has been mentioned you might be able to get a Steam key if you buy it on the official site. Don't ask me how.

I actually find this game entertaining, no I didn't play Day Z nor I even read the description of what it said, I just went by what my clan said about it, they were having fun and so I am now, except when I get killed by a hacker of course (which seems to be rare within these past few days) The game definately needs work but the entertaining factor draws me in that I forget the problems it has.

This is coming from a huge CoD fan, I gotta say that I haven't played as much CoD as I usually do because I'm playing this with my clan mates lol, this is probably the only game that pumps my adrenaline retarded up, gets crazy when theres a crazy shootout.

I don't get the hate, I actually wonder if the developers would have worded their steam store page better the hate would be less. I paid $25 in november and I have to say that I got my moneys worth.

If you want. You could just buy it from there web site. if you go to their forums or even google it theres a way to link warz to steam.

To answer your question. Yes, you can buy it from the dev page and then there is another page they created in where you can input your serial key to get your steam key. From there you can obviously add it to Steam and play it from Steam with the overlay, etc. To add to that, however, don't spend your money on this. At the very least: WAIT. It is in a very alpha state despite what the devs say about their progress. If the game continues to garner horrible publicity I don't really see it continuing on. Save your money. If you really love the genre wait for the Day Z standalone or State of Decay. Other games to look into are the Dead Linger and Project Zomboid. The latter I have actually played and is really enjoyable if you can get over the isometric view and the dated graphics they use.

He really did!

I tend to play with friends on servers with active admins so yeah... no problem with hackers at all actually.... now as to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shooting you in the back of the head with a gun you just gave him...........
