Did War Z sell to a new owner?

Yet they applied for the War Z trademark. The sudden webpage change. Sergey no longer project leader. Maybe its good news for War Z after all. But based on War Inc. they did nothing with it this new company. They just let it die. Looks like Sergey took his money and ran.

Nothing to discuss this it the predicted moment when they will just stop and vanish with the money.
With the steam release they made a ton of money. I think now Hammerpoint will just file bankrupcy so no one will be getting refunds from them.

Very interesting thanks. I wonder though, if they lost so much money, why apply for the War Z trademark on Jan 5th 2013? Its a dying ship. Seems they wanted avoid risks, this has to be pretty flagrant risk. :D

The name is practically dirt right now. Look at their stocks. They were already crash diving. Look what happened after War Z release. :D

If you read the patient you'll notice they've only applied for International Class 013 (non-powder airsoft gun) rather than for an entertainment company. This is an irrelevant patient with the same name, and will probably be suspended once an examining attorney has been assigned.

It´s a trademark not a patent.

My mistake, I meant trademark (mis-read the search title) - but I still believe my point is valid that the "new" trademark application only applied for Class 013 (non-powder airsoft guns) and not classes 009 and 041 (game software & entertainment services).

Chances are this is a airsoft company wanting to make a few bucks selling "The War Z" exclusive airsoft gun some point in the future, but that's only a guess.

The AirSoft company didn't lose any money, they just made less money than the last period, that's bad, but that doesn't means they lost money.

They didn't get 50% of Arktos they got 50% of Online Warmongers Inc. With Sergey as President and Chairman of the Board.

This Cybergun company, it really looks like its having some hardships financially. They've a ton of debt, of which most of their profits are attempting to pay off. I dont see them funneling much money War Z's way. With the reputation destroyed, horrid reviews. I dont see good things happening with War Z. This company does not strike me as willing to lay any significant monies toward future development. Much like War Inc., they'll just take whatever current profits are being made. Doing little to nothing to advance either War Inc or War Z.

If you look at PDF 2 that I linked there, scroll down to Groups Financial Position. Its pretty clear, they dont want to invest any further into software. Just taking in what profits they generate monthly to help pay off their debts. I dont see them furthering the development of War Z. If anything it will be very minimal. Im already betting now that there wont be a California map. Serg even hinted about this. When asked about promises he made. He only owned up to Skill Trees. Everything else was not going to happen beyond that.

Just follow the link and use google for information about the company that bought the trademark. But I still can´t open their website for some reason
