Serial Key?

I bought the game and usually when I start it up it skips the log in page. Neither my email or password work, and I never received a serial key so I can't ask for what my password is (and I can't re-register because my serial key is wrong? Can't The War Z just give us serial keys so we can use the default launcher and not have these issues?

well i have the same problem it wants me to log in with my email and passwort i used for steam
As i bouth the game it worked but know it says ''the game is started but I am not the owner'' and can't play it -.-
