WarZ refund?

Im not sure how to get the warZ refund, i got the package with the coin package with it, will i get that back also? please get back to me. Thank you :D

if you bought it off steam, try contacting their customer support team. They should refund you. Just don't ask me what to file it under when you have to select the options, i can't remember.

if you use paypal file a dispute against them. dont even bother with xsolla at this point, they are instructed to ignore refund requests
if that fail
call your credit card company and tell them they company failed to deliver your item or item is not as described. (this still works) if you use mastercard or visa you should be okay because thousands already have filed against this company. there are people on reddit saying that the credit card company saying that there are literally thousands of chargeback against this company and they are looking into moving the company to a untrustworthy merchant.

Not only they ignored you, but they will put you in their black list and a banhammer

OP bought the game from steam, no reason to talk about paypal disputes

I think the warz is just stupid when they do something illegal I would stick my 13 foot shoe up thier ♥♥♥ because they need to get the head out of thier asses and do the right thing and give people thier money back and just have a closed beta for testing for free instead of making them pay for an unfinished game.

Thats true, and if they need fundes, they should do a kickstarter. Releasing a unfinished project that you're not updating frequently to satisfy the customers is irresponsible and makes them look bad. Then they punish people for asking for refundes... its a no good situation.
