Class action lawsuit *please start one*
Some lawyer should start a class action lawsuit against Arktos Entertainment. I believe there is enough evidence to support a crushing victory for those who were taken by Arktos Entertainment, and abused by their staff when seeking support including refunds. *not Steam, but Arktos Entertainment directly*

Oh yes, please!!! I would really love to see you waste your money and time on this by losing the lawsuit.

Losing? That would never happen. Waste of money? Also never happen since participants in class action lawsuits don't pay anything.

Nice try though derpington.

Don't you Arktos Entertainment employee's have anything better to do than out yourselves in the Steam forums where you're not welcome? I mean, you must work for them. No sane person would defend an unethical company such as Arktos Entertainment. I mean, unless you're a ♥♥♥♥♥...Are you?

Paramount Films is soon to start a lawsuit against Hammerpoint, I'm sure. The head spokesman has already made his opinion clear regarding the current situation.

..There's also a possibility that Bioware could get involved, considering they stole their engine to make this game.

I am honestly surprised as all hell nobody has even tried yet. o.o... Oh well, if they actually do fix this clunky as hell game, then we will all feel bad. If they don't... well, things can only get worse. X3

Well, someone earlier stated that they got a reply email from the FTC asking if they would be willing to provide testimony. And that he'd therefore go quiet from this point onwards for the sake of future developments.

If you want an exact link, please don't bother me. It's literally hundreds upon hundreds of topics back and I can't be arsed to go fish for one particular fish in an ocean, metaphorically speaking.

It's probably not official yet, but I daresay it'll happen. A lawsuit is most likely coming from the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ government. FTC = Federal Trade Commision.

Here's a neat little tidbit: I'm pretty sure that Arktos doesn't have their company trademarked. Anybody want to put in and help pay to trademark their company and just kinda take all their profits? 'cause I think that'd be fun.

No, these lawsuits are started by law firms that front the bill for a huge take in the settlement. If a firm see's that they have a good chance of winning a large sum of money, they'll proceed and put out a public notice and reach out to those affected.

Now I know you're stupid.

I know that both engines are called Eclipse, but is it the same engine that Bioware made for Dragon Age? Maybe AE licensed it? I know they're really stupid over at AE, but are they that stupid? Do you have a source you can cite?

I already heard that one has been started for all the unjust perma bans to generate more income! Me and some of my friends saw the game description which at the time had MMORPG in it, and features like; skill trees (plural), crafting, and building block stronghold building, progression and persistent world so naturally we jumped at it and bought it when it was on sale for $14.99 back in ALPHA (not on steam). So we naturally were very disappointed to find out it was a generic shooter, but hopeful that all these promised features would come soon. Well the Beta came still just a FPS with zombies for ascetics in this kill on site and get as many PVP kill streaks (With the only thing missing is ordnance drops for a streak of 3 or more). Since we bought the game all over the forums everywhere and Face Book tons of people kept asking for PVE servers or at least flags, skill trees, and everything that was described above, so we kept hope. Then when all the Bans for using Steam or TeamSpeak overlays came, and ZERO RPG or PVE features still absent nor in progress we all left (35 of us in our clan), besides others that I know of! I know that there are people that like the game the way it is, and that’s OK, but the game to very many was misleading and not what they wanted it to be (as advertised/promised)! I love Battlefield 3 and Halo 4 (well all Halos), and Call OF Duty series, in other words I like FPS games, but this is not what a lot of people thought this game was or was going to be (since in production). A very good graphic Dead State (Still in production) was what I personally envisioned. In other words blatant false advertising to make sales, banning to generate more sales as sheeple rebuy the game. Scam from the beginning, any of these practices alone are not worthy of a reputable Steam Store, community, or support! Why in the world would'nt they get sued and banned if many of us had it our way!
