Interesting sidenote
So apparently in 2011 Cybergun SA, an airsoft company, bought into "Arktos Entertainment"... and since acquiring a 50% stake in the company have seen nothing but losses on the stock market. I personally know nothing about the stock market myself, but if you look @ around august 2011 when they invested in Arktos their stock has been falling ever since. It was at 14 prior to Arktos and is now at 1. Even more hilarious is the severe decline their stocks have taken since the War Z was released on steam.

Since I don't know ♥♥♥♥ from jack when it comes to stocks, can anyone tell me what this all means? & if it's as bad as it looks why haven't we heard a peep out of Cybergun SA with what has been going on? Also, didn't Sergey just purchase Hammerpoint from Arktos? Does this mean he is knee deep in the money we paid or just lost it all by purchasing this company right before it took a nosedive thanks to steam? thanks

It means the company will end up bankrupt if it don't lower its shares or use any other drastic measures, i'm not going to go too far into it.

Going from 14-1 is pretty much the death sentence.

Yeah it's so confusing. It sounds like a death sentence to me but the business side of things is so bizarre.

Basically Sergey created Arktos, then sold a 50% share to Cybergun SA & makes War Inc with a company of his called online warmongers... he then down the track creates Hammerpoint and hires them to make the war Z for Arktos... then he buys Hammerpoint for Arktos from himself using his and Cybergun's share and meanwhile Cybergun is falling apart because of all this and doesn't seem to have anything to say about it. wtf does it even mean?

I feel for any employees that he has involved in any of his ventures.... the job security is probably nil...to say the least.

Honestly I don't feel anything for them. If what he has done/is doing is against what they stand for then there is no reason for them to stick around...

I just looked up shorting stock btw and wouldn't that be a massive criminal offence if that were the case? Like insider trading or whatever? Sergey is dumb but surely not that dumb
