Stronghold servers, will everyone who pre-ordered the game get theirs?

Just a thought.
Will hammerpoint take on literally thousands of servers just to fulfil their obligaion of supplying stronghold servers for all the people who bought legend and pioneer packs which included one or three months server rental in the deal?
Could this be the reason why they have not released the strongholds yet?

Since the stronghold server "Cliffside" was in the source code dating back to November (or December, can't remember which) I'm guessing they are holding it back as a big new feature sometime in the future, realase it maybe a month or couple of weeks before DayZ SA comes out.
