get over it
Im sick and tired of people complaning about their 15 bucks. THERE WAS A WARNING SIGN! the moment i saw that, i emedietly left the page. when u buy a game in the alpha stage ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO WORK thats why its in the alpha stage in the first place. Hammerhead can make as many bad buisness decisions as they want so just ignore it, and wait a year or 2 for the actuall thing to come out and youll have a copy so play that! besides it is just 15 dollars, if u have enough money to buy a computer then 15 dollars isnt that much.

Except the game was released quite sometime ago as 1.0 the game already had a alpha stage that enabled pre-orders to play during it. They went retail prematurely to beat DayZ standalone into the retail market. Their goal was never to make a great game but rather take advantage of the DayZ hype.

There was no warning sign back when WarZ released and it's false advertising and the quality the game sold as for 1,0 got it taken off Steam for quite sometime. Why do you think Steam gave refunds? The reason why Steam even sells alpha stage now as "early access" which came after WarZ and soon after WarZ was put back on Steam. (Also notice WarZ still does not claim to be in alpha) It showed that anyone could make a "playable" game market it as something it most certainly is not and still make it on Steam. Instead of Valve tackling the problem they just opened the door for it and slapped a buyer beware sign. While likely behind the scenes changing the terms of the contract to host a game on Steam to make sure they don't just claim to be 1,0 retail like WarZ did without some sort of harsh penalty due to breach of contract.
