Game won't work

I cant seem to get the game to work whenever i click to open it something comes up and then dissapears and nothing happens i have uninstalled and reinstalled it and still nothing anyone know what to do please hlep me if so.

hmm i read a thing on the internet but it was for last year and its about disabling anti virus soft ware you think it may work?

Do you have a problem with the launcher? Like it suddenly goes away and nothing happens?

yes basicaly i open the app and it comes up with something from steam and a small white page then nothing it just dissapears and wont star

You could try disabling your anti-virus and running it as administrator. This has helped some people.

ok sorry im not much of a computer person so can you direct me to it if so thatd be great and after i disable it do i enable it again or not

wait a second I dont think the virus software has been renewed so do i still disable it? any info and help would be great thanks

What anti-virus do you have?
Some people who had AVG, uninstalled it and it helped them.

dont have any at the moment because we didnt renew it

Well maybe you could try this:

"1. Completely uninstall the game and delete every file associated with the game that may be left over.
2. Disable your antivirus and firewall
3. Download the setup file (http://www.thewarz.com/download)
4. Create a new folder in your program files directory [Program Files (x86) if you're using a 64-bit version of Windows] and name it something like WarZ
5. Right click that folder and, under the Security tab, grant the group Everyone full control
6. Run the setup file and install to that folder
7. Once it's been installed, right click WarZlauncher.exe and set it to compatibility mode for Windows XP
8. Right click it again and launch it as an Administrator"

hold up when i try to do it through the launcher however it sais d3dx9_43.dll is missing from my computer does this mean anything to you

You should maybe restart your computer first because as it says it could clear it up.
