You could try disabling your anti-virus and running it as administrator. This has helped some people.
Some people who had AVG, uninstalled it and it helped them.
Well maybe you could try this:
"1. Completely uninstall the game and delete every file associated with the game that may be left over.
2. Disable your antivirus and firewall
3. Download the setup file (http://www.thewarz.com/download)
4. Create a new folder in your program files directory [Program Files (x86) if you're using a 64-bit version of Windows] and name it something like WarZ
5. Right click that folder and, under the Security tab, grant the group Everyone full control
6. Run the setup file and install to that folder
7. Once it's been installed, right click WarZlauncher.exe and set it to compatibility mode for Windows XP
8. Right click it again and launch it as an Administrator"
