After a little research my GC was donated to clan FDMX trans # 468572 this could have been the one who hacked my account ? Please get back to me as soon as possible i would like to get this resolved i have invested a lot of time and money in this game.

I have been robbed they took alot lost 5 c mags 5 silencers i bought aog site cobra site and tons of other stuff rare guns mp7 m107 exct what can be done about this i have been playing for a long time. I lost all my stuff before when i was playing by server saying i was cheating and banning my account. this is my second account and I started with 200 cash i have my own server i play on 365-it.com if this cant be resolved i will have no choice but not to renew and find another game to play these hackers and thieves are ruining this once fun game
Ps i9 tried to change my password and i cant even do that except on the 365-it.com server

Never again will they get one dime of my money

My friend put in a ticket a while back about graphical issues while using any form of anti-aliasing. The only way he can play is to have it set to application preference.

The support ticket he got in reply was a obvious copy/paste saying to try the game again "since there has been many updates" when in fact the only "update" was the 20% bonus for purchasing GC....

No hammer point, your GC update did not fix my friends graphical issue.

Haha, they don't even pretend to bother doing an investigation. And they could easily hand you some GC, they're just not going to. And apparently the agent closed your ticket since they're telling you to submit a new ticket.

Support agents have numbers, not names? I can't imagine they've got bots handling this when it takes weeks if not months to get a response, but it's difficult not to think along those lines. If there are actual people handling their support, then I feel sorry for that one person.

Well you had it coming, really. There have been countless of talking and evidence shown literally everywhere about their methods.
They won't make any form of action, as long there's no guaranteed profit as a result.

When you bought the game, I'm certain you saw all the negative remarks the game recieved. By that time you thought to yourself, it might happen to some people, but not me.
Pretty much like cancer, you do know it can happen to others, but not yourself.

HOly cRap i'd sue them for every cent bro. Contact a lawyer immediately! I'll go to battle with you! What lawyer wouldn't want in on shutting down a game producer??

Seriously, let me in on the deal. I will support your cause any way possible. Because this is totally outrageous.

I hate this game, I hate this company. Sue Steam while we're at it too!

I'm really not joking. We need to teach this company a lesson and sue them for everything.
