Banned from OWN server

6 AM this morning was the first request sent to warz.
Now I know from past experiance I'll be lucky to get a answer. My clan has two servers one I rent (CCGC) and one the clan rents ( CYNICAL CRIMINALS GAMING) . This morning to my amazement I sign in only to see I'm perm banned. So how can I be banned from playing on my own servers ? I got a message last night ( on my own server) saying " this server has strict rules and you are being removed" I would like to know how can I be removed from my own server ? And we have no rules on our server so how can I break rules that are not there ? So after you unban my account ( [e-mail] ) will I get a refund for all the time I can not play on my own servers? This is mind blowing how I can get banned from my own server! .... this have anything to do with you guys being hacked ? ...10 HRS later and still banned from MY OWN SERVER! .... HELLO....... HELLO...... IS ANYONE BESIDES OTHER FORM MEMBERS READING THIS? .... HELLO .... HELLO ????? . Time to go ♥♥♥♥♥ on steam seeing is how hammerpoint is on shakie ground with them...

Should you have to wait more then ten hrs to get a reply? This game has made MILLIONS off this game do you not think they could pay someone to monitor there own help desk? What do you think?

That's pretty foul OP my friends keep trying to convince me to buy this but I'm all kinds of O.O with the level of butt-hurt(some with reason, some without) that people are exhibiting, won't be getting my damn money.

Is that not something else... being banned from something you rent.. and its 60 bucks for a server! Some people may think I'm whinning. I'm just here to inform what happened to me and I was nice never rude once.

I'm sorry that happened to you. There is a lot of anger from players, and ex-players at these types of actions by Hammerpoint. Some of it spills over. Maybe you might think about filing a fraud case with your cc provider? They did not provide the service you paid for.

You seen me hack and or cheat ?.. Do I know you ?? How do you know if I did or did not... and besides the point when you rent a server it should be up to you if you'll allow people to hack or not... My server My rules. Why bother renting a server if you have to follow the warz server rules. Most games (punk buster anti cheat ) give you the option to have anti cheat on or off.. So if you pay your hydro bill but the hydro company don't like you using hydro to run your pool does that give them the right to cut you off ?

cheating is cheating. you got caught and hammerpoint ban you. Not to mention you have 3 different account which were banned. You didn't learn your lesson first or the second time. You got what you deserved.
