Agreed but unfortunately not gonna happen, I don't usually comment or take part in forums but for ♥♥♥♥ sake this game sucks big time. Combat sucks, zombies sucks, the towns and buildings sucks, the loot is ridiculous I have so many packs of chips and bars of granola I could open a supermarket. Graphics are really bad and the optimisation is awfull, I mean I don t own the most performant gaming rig ever but I play bf3 skyrim and far cry 3 on high with no problem but I barely reach 20 fps on low when playing the war z and I get massive fps drops every now and then, so bad that I m usually dead by the time the framerate goes back to normal.

the market place is ♥♥♥♥ed, you barely find any money in the game and the ♥♥♥♥tiest items cost so much just so players get frustrated of not being able to buy good items with the game money and end up paying real money to gear up. more than 1 dollar for a katana that you lose upon death?...And you ll die a lot, from hackers, legit bandits and zombies when 10 of them randomly spawn around you... screw that.

Oh yeah, the devs can't even protect their game and customers. I m done with this "game" and I d love to be refunded. Not gonna happen I know that but at least steam, take it off the platform so no more people spend hard earned cash on this unreliable pile of ♥♥♥♥ and so HP stops making money. I was one of the people who heard about this game, saw all the negative reviews most of them from late 2012 or very early 2013 and who still bought the game assuming than in between the studio probably worked on the most urging issues.
Bad assumption, I literally played this game 5 hours and I am done. Listen to the community and seriously stay the hell away from this.

so u ask in a general forum for a game, how is steam suppose to know?? why not actually put in a support ticket..
Ham Solo Mar 30, 2013 @ 6:33pm
true indeed i was walking...♥♥♥♥♥ walking then all the sudden a guy pops out of the ground and i went beserk i spent 5 dollars in game
and lost it all......hamerpoint and steam but give me my refund or a forum war will start of rage

Maybe steam is supposed to know cuz everyone knows it. All account related information have been uploaded on the net, virtually any account has been hacked or can be hacked at any time. Maybe he didn't sent a support ticket cuz he s tired of receiving generic computer generated answers that will basically tell him he won t get a refund and there s nothing the company can do about it even though we all know that it really means there's nothing I want to do about it.

your best bet is to try doing a charge back through your credit card company. make sure you lay out the facts about the game, the shady business practices of hammerpoint, the hacking that has caused accounts to become exposed ect.

Reasons like these are considered as invalid issues for a refund request. See, thing is that those things have been warned to you several times, there were red flashing noisy lights everywhere when you put your considerations into purchasing this virtual product.
You ignored those and bought it anyway. You had this coming, the consequences were upon your request, and now you'll have to suffer from it. Simple as that, anyone who bought the game, had this coming.

I'm very surprised they even posted this back on Steam. I myself got a refund prior to the first time they listed this(Friend wanted to try it out.) The game is so flawed I'm surprised they can even warrant requiring people to purchase it.

#Derek dude i had no idea this would suck so yea i boughtr it cause i wanted to free roam and pvp but i did not know how bad it sucked

just cause you all spent money on items you can lose isnt the games fault
Pixel_Pro Mar 30, 2013 @ 10:00pm
If there is a warning/info stating that one will risk items that were bought upon dying then sadly its the gamers fault and although i have to agree with most of the people on here w/ their "beef" w/ war z the arguement in regards to money lost is one of the rare victories war z will have in regards to all the threads/ complaints i have seen thus far..

I also believe that the purchase of war z alone, in itself, is enough to warrant a refund :)

So you're saying that someone spends real money on the market place items and the game get's hacked because of neglegence in security is the "users" fault. You should read about what type of security they were using and I hope that they actually put more effort into providing their community what's left of it with a better structure. You really think a money driven game like ScamZ cares about implemented a strong or atleast an adequate infrastructure. Nope.

You could also buy something in the game get shot in head and lose your ♥♥♥♥, hacks not coming into play unless the killer is using a cheat engine ( which is very possible ) and that might be what he was taling about..

if this guy can prove that his ♥♥♥♥ was hacked/compromised and money was stolen then he should not be talking about it here and should consult a lawyer

They have been caught lying read handed when they claimed to have a very intricate anit-hack in game but its was a system based on baiting, lol. using rgd bait which has gotten many innocent players banned..

These devs shouldve been sued 5 times over again.
