Just a question to the mods of the forum.
Hello there mods.
Just wanted to know because it looks strange to me, what happened to all those threads that bashed WarZ?

At least on the first page I can only see "good" threads.
I don't know if valve mods deleted them or those trash from hammerpoint.

I believe that with all these events arround this game people and players should know what the game is about and what's really going on.

PS: Don't want to start a flame war just asking a question. I'm a game designer-dev myself (still in college though) and I hate to see this kind of thing and mostly in steam.

KeWk I don't want you in or even near my thread. Thanks.

Hammer point remove all of them for sailes beacuse it's a broken game at least when it was on steam a long time ago and there are uses that have been baned for nagtive coments!

I need to hear this from a real mod. Exploiting their powers in forums to quite down the negative comments is against the rules. If valve mods did this then wtf.

Bumping for interest.
No mods in the forum?

Last known mod I saw was Smash but I doubt he's part of Valve. The way he handled some threads and people were not upto standard, not what you'd say how a mod should behave. Its just random people being banned and threads that held valid points about the game, even if the threads were distasteful.

Was a mod on a forum so I know a bit about how a mod should behave.

I believe Smash is a moderator and nothing more. I have no comments on the behavior of anyones behalf though.

Because hate is forbidden just as much as love...

someone had too much free time posting everywhere.
I guess now you'll have more free time with the ban.

On the topic now.
Still no mod has answered the question.
I don't get it why all these threads that talk about the game keep disappearing.
People are speaking the truth.

it's not the topic or even any truths that makes them go away, its the conflict that arises between posters...usually two or three people get into it for a couple pages...then poof, the derailed thread goes away.

lost a few very informative threads lately this way.

It's almost as it those fights were planned out in such a way to remove "troublesome" threads...
Nah, probably just boys being boys (or trolls being trolls).
Although that would be a diabolically brilliant (if unethical and shady) tactic to make sure only positive things were seen by potential customers.

I know what you mean.
Most of the time it's funboyz or BIG "men" that derail the thread starting a flame war and all the others just feed -.-
I hate it.

I believe something like this is happening.
It's kind of stupid but from the things I've seen and heard from WarZ and also in Blizztard forums about diablo it seems more plausible.
If you go to the first page there are thread that LOVE the game and it's freaking weird.
Also I believe people from hammersomething have alt accounts on steam and just post loving threads or start flame wars.

Still it's a mystery that so many threads disappeared in one night.
I hope Valve didn't walk the path of money and greed.
