Candy Kane,Teddy Backpack and second backpack thats all or not ?

The candy kane was a seasonal drop, so I have found a few of this in-game and the teddy bear backpack was dropping a LOT for a while.

Honestly it just depends on the current patch, but I think just about everything has been on the loot tables at one time or another. Backpacks USED to be EVERYWHERE.
