my friend played the game with his account on my computer, when I play with my steam game tried to login with his email and now when I try to login with my email appears I'm banned in the game .... I wonder if this is really the reason for my ban or just a coincidence. I think I was banned randomly ....

Going by the experience of one of our members in our community there is nothing much you can do. They openly say that a small percentage of innocent players get banned as a result of their punkbuster/fairfight system.

Personally I'd say your best to steer clear of any games developed or run by hammerpoint going by the stories I've heard about their business practices.

You could try going through their community representative on the forums over at ISS but he will charge you real world money to look into your banning and then probably tell you that you were banned for cheating and there is no way to reverse your permanent ban. He won't even give you evidence to support the banning.

Do as many of our community have done and turn your back on this game, take the loss (I forked out £30+ on this game when it first came out), wait for a more deserving title to hit the shelves and buy that.
