I have purchased the game and I was wondering about how I get my Steam key for the game?

You can't anymore, they stopped giving out Steam keys a couple of months back.

I've had the game for over a year.

if you did not buy the game on steam (which it shows no mouse beside your name) so it appears you didn't, and bought the game from their site, they do not give out steam keys anymore to add it to your steam library

That is what I thought. And I believe it was taken off of steam because of false advertising, is that correct?

it was, and put back on aswell, hence why your chatting on the forums

you can buy the game on steam, or you can buy the game from their website, but if you buy the game from their website, you cannot add it to your steam library..

They should really change that.
