I've posted this link so that people considering this game can get their free trial account and play it as long as they want with one character and make up their own minds about it.

it is on the developers own site, not through steam.

nope, it does not expire.
The restrictions are:
1. you can't start or join a clan,
2. you play on separate servers
3. you have only one character slot

If I were you I'd use a throwaway email address, different to the one you used for your paid account in case it gets it banned again.
I don't know if anyone has been banned with a trial account, that would be interesting to find out.

well i'm having 2 mail adresses and it works fine =P altho i want unban :( zendesk is doing NOTHING
