perma banned?????

i just reinstalled this game to play with some friends and when i went to log in it says "this account is perma banned" and i can not find out why im perma banned or anything. can someone tell me why i have been banned like a mod of the game or something

if punkbuster you get a violation number and message

if fairfight just a message

if punkbuster you need to contact evenbalance support and work it out with them

You're probably banned, their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ security protocols or something must have given in, maybe you had a weak password, and some asshat hacked on your account getting you banned.
I was banned for hacking during a period when I had no access, I joined the navy and in the time period between boot camp and mid-way through my "A" school, I apparently logged on and used some sort of hacks to get my account banned. I sent MANY e-mails and not once did I get anything other than an automated response.
2 months of ♥♥♥♥ and a couple more miserable months after, and this is what I get. Very nice.

just follow my post. if you were unjustly banned create a ticket they do look into it and unban u

just give them the email address u registered with and if your account hacked your ip address so they can check

just create another ticket with details. email address and ip address. as i posted they do look into it and unbanned. recently they posted for people to do this cause theyve made some changes at support ...

recently they posted that they had issues at support and to create new tickets if anyone had issues unresolved

I give you a tip if you can remove the perma ban play normal dont hack or cheat and just be a survivor that is out for loot and is friendly dont try to glitch if you find a glitch.

Im embrassed to have it associated with my steam account
