how do i fix my video memory?????????????????????????????

every time i join a server it crashes and says out of video memory can you help me plz?

verify game cache

post details about your hardware (cpu, gpu, memory) and os (windows version n if 32/64 bits)

make sure windows, drivers, c/c++ runtime, .net runtime, directx runtime, etc are all updated

it can be that it is due to 32 bit Operating system too

your ram is 4gb? if so that's why, you can't upgrade anymore unless you have a 64 bit windows. I ran into this myself. I was only able to quick join. I chnaged my windows to 64 bit and upgraded my ram to 8GB. Working great now, no issues.
