Ammo prices

First of all you guys lowerd the amount of GC for dollars, secondly you guys made the prices of ammo a lot higher for example the saiga ammo from 720 to 1700 !!
Why would you do that?!?
And last but certainly not least, (not related to the title) why make snipers soooo rare?!? You can't find them no more ! ;(
