u need to contact steam support

because these are not official forums

and nobody here has any access

but steam does not give refunds

since steam is a subscription service

u got what u paid for the instance it showed up in your library

steam sells subscriptions that u pay for to get access (but not guaranteed access and only so long as steam does not lock your account)

that is all your not buying and they are not selling any thing else

it all in the steam agreement what u have to acknowledge with each purchase and to gain access

your only recourse is to close you account and lose access which i guess steam can do at any time

i know wtf but that is steam and the same for most other stores like ea / ubi ect store

servers having intermittent problems this weekend

if u want members to help u

then post details of the problem that your having

if ur getting some error message post that verbatim

a good place to find errors is in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\The War Z\r3dlog.txt

and in general

verify game cache

post details about your hardware (cpu, gpu, memory) and os (windows version n if 32/64 bits)

make sure windows, drivers, c/c++ runtime, .net runtime, directx runtime, etc are all updated

make sure box exceeds minimum requirements
http://store.steampowered.com/app/226700/
System Requirements

Minimum:
OS:Windows Vista/Windows 7 (enhanced for 64-bit OS)
Processor:2.4 GHZ Quad Core or better
Memory:4 GB RAM
Graphics:Nvidia GTX 460/ATI Radeon HD 5850
DirectX®:9.0
Hard Drive:3 GB HD space
Sound:Windows Compatible Sound Card
Other Requirements:Broadband Internet connection

also this game runs best when running on a computer that has 64-bit os with 8gb of ram and a good desktop 4 core cpu + good desktop gpu

and keep in mind if you have a laptop components such as cpu/gpu are 1/2 generations behind desktop equivalent
