How do I name my company?

At the moment, Nom Nom Galaxy would seem to be using my real name, and that's sort of embarassing. I hope that's not being uploaded. Pesky social media.

Ah, this is a concern that I had as well, Geldon. Right now, there's no way to change the name of your company before or as you play, but you can change the name that is displayed when your data is used as a rival company.

Right click on Nom Nom Galaxy in your library to open properties, then go to Local Files>Browse Local FIles>ghost>(folder for the appropriate stage), and rename the last part of the ghost data from the default to the name of your choice.

Were are you pooling the data from to get the name though? I was also surprised to see my first name being used. Is it checking the Windows Profile in use?

The names are pulled from your Steam user profile, but it isn't shared online. There should be a way to rename your company in the future but still be part of the Soup Co. family. Like Medieval Soups, a subsidiary of Soup Co.!
