Flashing base out of power
I guess there is a limit to how big a base you can build as if I build a lot it flashes and stops working. What is the limit? Does every base corridor count? I start deleting stuff until it fixes itself but its hard to know sometimes what is causing it to power down :(

Yes, there's a limit to the base size at the moment, but we're bringing in generators to expand the bases further soon. We're also adding some tool tips to help explain the power situation. There's actually a meter on the office that displays the power, but it's not pointed out well at the moment.

When my base started flashing, I assumed it was due to the size of the base.
But removing sections did nothing, and the power was still out. :(

It is due to the size of the base. For example, if you need to build sideways in one direction to avoid the Saucer Boss you might end up with too many parts and have only intermittant power to them. In that case, you could destroy the original soup launchers and some factories around your core office in order to leave more power to allow your branch to function.
