My ranking in worms doesn't work! Please help.

From about 9 months the leaderboards doesn't work for me, i have the same number of points when i win a game. I have 579 points in standard ranked no matter what i do. It's the same with any type of game (forts, crazy crates etc.). Did anybody have this problem before? What should i do to fix it? I already filled out a ticket to steam support, but will they be able to fix it?

I just mailed the Team 17 support, hope that they're going to do something about it.

I have had this same issue for about a year, ranked score stuck on 14407. I've emailed support and had some response, but I wouldn't hold your breathe for a resolution any time soon. Seems Bethany is the only one that is 'home' at W:R these days

yup. Dont get me wrong, i did get some emails, and i started a thread which Bethany replied to, so i did get something. But beyond verifying game cache, reinstalling blah blah blah

it's been almost 2 weeks since i mailed team 17 support and there's no response, i guess that this will be it then....

Is this an on-going problem? I am now having this issue as well, I just won in ranking crates and it did not increase my score.

Well damm there goes my chance of getting the achievement. Has this just become an issue in the last couple months or has this been a problem for years? I just bought the game about a month ago and the leaderboards WERE working correctly until the last couple days.

FYI, the time attack leaderboards in the Time Attack DLC work fine, I just beat an old score and the board shows my new score.

problems gone everything works again..lag with updates maybe from lots of players?

As Logan has kindly pointed out, it's quite likely that you are viewing the leader-boards and your scores to quickly.
After earning a score, the servers must be contacted, validate the points and then update and reflect this change back to the user. This can take a little time.
Please be patient as your scores should update appropriately with a little time.
