Does this game have steam cloud saves?
As the title said, does Sacred 2 have cloud integration?

I asked because I have no idea how to tell if a game in Steam is cloud supported or not.

Our old hard drive got toasted recently, along with my 60+ hour save file here and I won't bother downloading this game again if I can't get my save back via cloud sync.

Cheers

Sacred 2 doesn't support Steam cloud saves. You can check on the Steam store page of a game if it supports cloud saves in the list of features on the right side just below the supported languages.

Or, if you have the game in your library, you can activate the list view and set the categories to display cloud saving.

Sadly, you're right. Checked it through categories view and it has no cloud symbol.

I guess I'll be skipping downloading this. Hard to get back to it after the file loss.

Thanks!

Like all Steam features, cloud saves must be implemented by the developers of a game. This will never be forced unto devs by Valve. And believe it or not, some publishers have their own cloud saving service or simply don't want Steam cloud saving in their games.

In this case, the devs of Sacred 2 are bankrupt, and there is no one left to implement Steam features.
