Once You Beat The Game Can You Go Back For Quests?

I've gotten overwhelmed by the crazy amount of side quests this game has to offer. Once you beat the game are you able to go back and do them?

I dont remember lols. I always rushed through it, I like the higher
difficulties due to higher quality sets of items with better prefixes/suffixes
attached at the end. I'm sure you can, you just adjust the settings of
difficulty that you like. You can replay most of the game over and over
on internet mode(lan) free play, however you like.

You only can do the side quest you've missed in the different difficulty.
