Is there any way to remove the fog once the camera is unlocked?

I used the suggested settings to allow for much more camera zoom/pitch. The only issue I notice is that the game fogs out. It isn't a huge deal, and doesn't stop me from enjoying the game, however, I'd like to remove it if possible.
