"Ice and Blood" no access from harbor.

Hi there. When installing the game I may have picked the wrong option that excludes the "Ice and Blood" addon. I do get the "Ice and blood" notification on starting the game and the two areas are on my map.

The Harbor guy doesn't give me the option to go to these two places.

Is there any way to "activate" this content in my current game?

If you click on a captain (a person with a steering wheel icon above his head), what happens?
(The map should open with a steering wheel on every harbor available and the two new regions should be available right away.)

There are no other harbor options available. I click on the steering wheel captain guy, but there is only one other ship icon.

Stupid question... did you zoom out on the map? Some ports are locked by story, but there should be more...

Two suggestions:
1. Play on in the story. At some point you _have_ to go by ship. At least then the ports should be unlocked.
2. Install the communitty patch. I only play with this patch, maybe it unlocks the regions earlier than the original game would have. But I only play with this patch, so I wouldn't know anymore. ^^'

It could indeed be "story" locked. However I read it is available imediately. I'll check on the patch thanks.
